SGX/MAS revises Code of Corporate Governance

On 2 May 2012, Singapore Exchange (SGX) & Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) released the new Code of Corporate Governance, which formally incorporates sustainability considerations into governance. 1.1(f) The Board’s role is to consider sustainability issues, e.g. environmental and social factors, as part of its strategic formulation.
