Adrian Pang

Adrian’s journey in sustainability and ESG began through his interdisciplinary focus on socio-environmental, governance and justice issues for his undergraduate studies. He was also a Sustainability student leader at the university and has kickstarted initiatives to introduce sustainability on campus to new international students. In addition, he co-founded a social support group for Pan-Asian and Asian-American students. Adrian also interned at a leading human resource and leadership development organization in Malaysia where he learned the importance of workforce development and training to companies’ sustainability goals.

These experiences motivated him to pursue a Master’s program in environmental and sustainable development in the Global South after securing a United Kingdom Commonwealth Master’s Scholarship. As part of the program, he spent three weeks in Freetown, Sierra Leone to conduct field research and provided transformative strategies to help informal settlements in the city to develop sustainably.

Adrian is currently a consultant at Paia.
