Sze Wei has more than five years of experience in the environmental and sustainability field. Her experience includes working for corporate consultancies, conducting academic research, and implementing engineering solutions for underprivileged communities.
She is experienced working with companies in both the public and private sectors across a range of industries, namely, Plantation, Property, Motors, Food Processing, Biotechnology, Government Agencies, and International Development Organisations. She is experienced in helping clients with Sustainability Assurance and Reporting, Business Process Re-Engineering, and inter-governmental collaboration for Sustainability Strategy.
In 2012, she co-founded Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Malaysia. Her experience with EWB includes managing a project to design and implement a gravity-fed water system for a Bornean indigenous community. She also represented Malaysia at the 2014 Global Engineering Conference organised by the American Society of Civil Engineers and EWB USA in Panama City.
