Founding Director

Carrie founded Paia in 2002. She is a specialist in sustainability strategy, reporting and environmental issues. With over 20 years extensive “hands on” experience, Carrie focuses on guiding companies through the strategy development and reporting process. This includes helping companies develop their reporting process, select indicators, compile reports and review report drafts. Carrie has worked with many leading companies, both in Southeast Asia and in the UK, implementing and reporting on sustainability.

Managing Director

Corrado guides a skilled and engaged Paia team to help companies in Singapore and Southeast Asia embed sustainability in their strategies and business operations. He represents Paia when searching and securing partnerships and collaborations to complement our sustainability services. Corrado also delivers workshops and training programs around sustainable finance, sustainability reporting, carbon accounting and climate management. You will find him speaking at events and moderating panel discussions on topics around biodiversity and circular economy.

Anand Menon

Anand Menon

Consultant

With a background in Business Management, Anand works on Sustainability Reporting and conducting GRI gap analysis for clients in Singapore. He has also worked with a leading ASEAN stock exchange on the state of Integrated Reporting amongst Public Limited Companies to showcase best-practices. The sectors Anand has conducted research for include the Arts, Maritime, Medtech and non-profits.

Bertrand Seah

Senior Consultant

Bertrand’s work at Paia includes sustainability reporting, climate risk assessments and strategy. He also conducts training for topics in Sustainable Finance. During his master’s in environmental policy and regulation, he focused on green finance policy in Singapore.  His most recent experience, before joining Paia, included working at the Singapore Green Finance Centre, exploring the regulatory, economic and financial dimensions of sustainable data centres in Singapore.

Charmaine Ngon

As a consultant at Paia, Charmaine develops sustainability strategy, reporting, gaps analysis and research on emerging sustainability trends. The companies that she has worked with range from a variety of industries such as energy, technology and semiconductor. Charmaine is also part of Paia’s Carbon Services team, where she builds capacity on net-zero initiatives and supports projects.

Dawn Ng

Senior Consultant

Dawn is adept at communication and uses her extensive experience of technology marketing to shape how companies communicate their ESG commitments to stakeholders. She assists in tailoring communication strategies – through Sustainability reports, stakeholder engagements, ESG forums – to raise awareness of ESG issues. Since joining Paia, Dawn has played an integral part in leading sustainability content development for clients in the telecom sector, local business associations as well as initiating partnerships with climate technology and learning partners.

Dhan Borkar

People & Ops Manager

Dhan organises and coordinates office administration and procedures while supporting consultants with a wide range of administrative, technical, and executive-support tasks. She manages incoming business enquiries, monitors office management systems and works with senior management to update office policies and onboard new hires. Dhan is a skilled relationship builder with the proven ability to work with different personality styles.

Louise Tang

Louise’s work at Paia includes Sustainability reporting, climate risk assessments, target setting and strategy. With previous experience in the waste and water sectors, she has helped clients in the private and public sectors from healthcare , food and agriculture, to develop strategic roadmaps, out-in gap analysis of R&D roadmaps and due diligence covering technical quality standards, regulatory compliance and competitive landscape.

Melia Chua

Consultant

With a background in Life Sciences and a specialisation in Environmental Biology, Melia aspires to drive the environmental impacts to Paia’s work as a sustainability agency. She hopes to bring forth new perspectives through her experiences with research projects in microplastic studies and biodiversity surveys, as well as corporate partnerships under Worldwide Fund for Nature Singapore (WWF), to her work as a consultant.

Ronita Dutta

Principal Consultant

At Paia, Ronita aspires to tap on her experience to help clients set ESG and sustainable finance targets, conduct benchmarking and scenario planning, and implement ESG and sustainable finance roadmaps. With a strong background in accounting and finance, and as a trained Chartered Accountant, Ronita has equipped herself with a course on Sustainable Finance from Cambridge University.   Ronita is a seasoned audit, risk and compliance professional who has worked extensively with clients predominantly in the banking, asset management and insurance sectors. She spent over fifteen years providing risk management consulting services to financial institutions, helping them understand, implement and monitor regulatory requirements in Europe, US and more recently Singapore and S.E Asia before moving into sustainability with Paia.

Tom Bennett

Principal Consultant

Tom is involved in engagements across the spectrum of Paia’s service lines, advising clients with their CDP and GRESB submissions, TCFD disclosures, and sustainability reporting and strategy requirements. Tom also supports clients’ training needs, and leads the circular economy services provided by Paia, helping clients meet the National Environment Agency’s Mandatory Packaging Reporting (MPR) regulations.

Teo Ying Ying

Ying Ying graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Prior to joining as a Consultant, Ying Ying has experience helping clients in the data and telecommunications infrastructure, real estate and maritime industries as well as public sector players with sustainability reporting and strategy, sustainability roadmap study, carbon accounting and GRESB Infrastructure assessment during her internship at Paia.

Yimin Deng

Senior Consultant

Yimin’s background in Environmental Studies has enriched her experiences working in corporate sustainability, ESG research and Singapore’s public sector. She has helped clients on various topics, from improving sustainability rating scores, benchmarking and comparing corporate sustainability disclosures and standardising industry initiatives in the services and logistics sector. She has also been exposed to field surveying work in terms of flora and fauna surveys and social surveys.
At Paia, Yimin works with clients from different sectors to deliver sustainability reports, targets and strategies.
