Carrie founded Paia in 2002. She is a specialist in sustainability strategy, reporting and environmental issues. With over 20 years extensive “hands on” experience, Carrie focuses on guiding companies through the strategy development and reporting process. This includes helping companies develop their reporting process, select indicators, compile reports and review report drafts. Carrie has worked with many leading companies, both in Southeast Asia and in the UK, implementing and reporting on sustainability.
Corrado guides a skilled and engaged Paia team to help companies in Singapore and Southeast Asia embed sustainability in their strategies and business operations. He represents Paia when searching and securing partnerships and collaborations to complement our sustainability services. Corrado also delivers workshops and training programs around sustainable finance, sustainability reporting, carbon accounting and climate management. You will find him speaking at events and moderating panel discussions on topics around biodiversity and circular economy.
Anita works on Paia’s Special Projects, a role with group responsibilities, reporting to and supporting the Director and the team to achieve strategic business objectives and goals. She is also Paia’s Digital Marketing and Web Manager.
As the reporting and sustainable finance lead at Paia, Ben works with clients across a range of industries on a range of reporting projects to help them understand, align and manage their sustainability disclosures. He also works with clients in the financial services sector and has advised on sustainability-related taxonomy and climate risk evaluations. Ben is also a trainer at Paia and works with our training partners to co-develop and deliver training modules.
As a consultant at Paia, Charmaine develops sustainability strategy, reporting, gaps analysis and research on emerging sustainability trends. The companies that she has worked with range from a variety of industries such as energy, technology and semiconductor. Charmaine is also part of Paia’s Carbon Services team, where she builds capacity on net-zero initiatives and supports projects.
Dhan organises and coordinates office administration and procedures while supporting consultants with a wide range of administrative, technical, and executive-support tasks. She manages incoming business enquiries, monitors office management systems and works with senior management to update office policies and onboard new hires. Dhan is a skilled relationship builder with the proven ability to work with different personality styles.
As a consultant at Paia, Jermaine works with clients from various industries to understand their needs and provide them with relevant services. This includes sustainability reporting, assessing ESG risks, and GRESB work to help bridge any existing gaps, ensuring long-term sustainability as a company.
Joy works with clients to deliver a range of consultancy services including sustainability reporting and strategy. With an academic background in Environmental Studies, Joy aspires to provide people-centric solutions to drive sustainable development.
Kevin Milla serves as Paia Consulting’s carbon specialist. In this role, he oversees new decarbonisation transition plans (roadmaps), greenhouse gas (GHG) calculations & inventories, and carbon training courses to expand the firm’s carbon service line. Kevin previously worked in maritime energy research, creating GHG inventories for the Port of Singapore and performing life cycle assessments on alternative maritime fuels.
Tom is involved in engagements across the spectrum of Paia’s service lines, advising clients with their CDP and GRESB submissions, TCFD disclosures, and sustainability reporting and strategy requirements. Tom also supports clients’ training needs, and leads the circular economy services provided by Paia, helping clients meet the National Environment Agency’s Mandatory Packaging Reporting (MPR) regulations.
Valerie is a Senior Consultant and training lead at Paia. With a background in social work and social policy, Valerie brings the “S (Social)” in ESG – Environmental, Social, and Governance perspective to the Paia team. Valerie has developed sustainability strategy through materiality assessments and roadmap design, calculated and analysed greenhouse gas inventories, and assessed companies’ climate-related risks and opportunities. As training lead, Valerie oversees curriculum and in-house training development, and delivers ESG-related training.
Wong Kin Seng
With a background in Business Management, Kin Seng assists companies in sustainability strategy development and reporting. He also works with clients to advise them on sustainability-related taxonomy and climate risk evaluation, such as Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
With a background in Environmental and Financial Engineering, Yuxi has extensive experience in environmental and climate related consultancy services. She is one of Paia’s Senior Consultants, contributing to sustainability strategy and reporting projects with focus on the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).
