Singapore’s logistics industry plays a vital role in connecting global economies and improving lives worldwide, earning the country its reputation as a global logistics hub. Recognizing the importance of sustainability, transportation and logistics companies are now facing increasing pressure from customers and supply chains to demonstrate sustainable business operations. In some instances, sustainability criteria have even been integrated into supplier assessments, highlighting the growing emphasis on environmentally responsible practices within the industry.
With a grant support from Enterprise Singapore, Paia Consulting is pleased to launch a Transport and Logistic Sustainability Roadmap Development Program, starting 1 Mar 2024 for Singapore-based companies in the Transport and Logistics sector.
The Program aims to help participating companies achieve these three crucial aspects as part of their sustainability transformation
- Building a strong environmental data collection system in line with global frameworks and standards
- Set environmental targets that are aligned to national sustainable development plans and green finance frameworks
- Create a roadmap outlining decarbonization steps and milestones towards achieving the near-term environmental targets.
Criteria for Participating Company from Transport and Logistics sector
1.More than S$1M and less than S$100M in annual revenue OR less than 200 employees (at a Group Level)
2.Company SSIC code within list of approved SSIC
